01 - Rikaz GRP material features

• Corrosion-free

  Rikaz GRP Water Tank inner part made of 100% GRP material, exposing our tanks to water or salt water does not affect its properties. GRP material is also resistant to rust, rot, swelling and warping as it doesn’t contain any irons so you will never have to worry about rust, and that keeps the tank in a very low maintenance.

• High strength

  Rikaz GRP Tanks are stronger and more durable than steel although GRP material has significantly lower density than steal.

• Low-maintenance

  Rikaz GRP materials require no painting at all (although it could be painted) and as the nature of the GRP materials, it resists the building of the bacteria and algae, there for, it doesn't require to be cleaned frequently like other materials.

• Lightweight

  Rikaz GRP materials have much higher strength to weight ratio than steel, despite its light weight, GRP materials are still stronger than steel and this the huge advantage of our GRP materials over steel.

• Heat resistance

  Rikaz GRP materials resist heat until 50 ℃ but we could design special GRP materials that resist heat up to 130 ℃ upon the customer needs.

• More than 1000 installation

  Rikaz's Engineers has installed already more than 1000 GRP unites used as a water tank, swimming pools, water processing plants and chemical plants.

  Rikaz has been working with the installation of GRP martials since 2009 since then our engineer has build strong experience in that beside a practical training held in South Korea.

  Rikaz provide also technical support after the installation for our sold GRP materials or for GRP materials sold by others.

03 - Rikaz GRP Design

• Height

  The Walls of the Tank can be designed from 1.0 Meter till maximum 6.0 Meters.

• Capacity

  Our Tanks can be designed for a minimum of 1,000 Liters up to maximum 3,000,000 Liters. However, we manufacture GRP Tanks that hold more water using different martials.

• Shape

  Rikaz's GRP Tanks could be designed in Cube Shape, L Prism Shape, and Rectangular Prism Shape..

• Out-Fit Force

  No leakage under the condition of vertical 100 kg after installation of 100A Fitting
